Compressor Rod Nut Bar

Used to break the compressor rod nuts loose. Bar is heat treated carbon steel. One end fits in 1” dia hole, other end fits in 1.06” dia hole.

Sized to fit in the oil hole of the main bearing journal of the crankshaft. Care must be taken to roll the crankshaft in the correct direction; i.e. not against the bearing tang. This will damage the bearing. This tool can be used on SW and MW compressor frames.
