Laser Alignment - Sample Report
Building on our expertise in natural gas engines and compressors, Sinor offers Laser Alignment services for any type of coupled equipment. Ranging from small electric motors and pumps, to the largest engine and compressor packages, Sinor uses the Rotalign-Pro Laser Alignment tool to provide fast and accurate coupling alignment. After entering the machine's dimensions, only a continuous _ turn from any position shows the readings at the coupling and at each of the feet. A built-in angle sensor eliminates the need for readings at clock positions. The on-screen computer diagram shows just where to make adjustments thus eliminating operate error and guesswork. The Rotalign also has built-in soft foot expertise, thermal growth computation, and the ability to align up to 6 machines in a machine train. The hand held computer stores readings and can print a report from any PC-compatible printer enabling us to offer a report at the customer's job site. Call Sinor Engine Company for any of your alignment needs.
Bore Alignment - Sample Report
Along with alignment, the Rotalign-Pro Laser is capable of measuring bores in internal combustion engines, compressors, compressor cylinders, turbines, pumps and other machinery from 5" to 30", We use it here at Sinor to measure the crankshaft bore on all of our bedplates. Many of our customers and even competitors use our service to check line bore straightness. Once measurements are taken, one laser is set outside the last bore. A laser receiver is then rotated in each of the bores. The computer calculates the straightness and location of each bore down to 0.0001". Our experience has shown that piano wire and even optical alignment cannot match the accuracy of the Rotalign Laser. It also measures alignment of multiple bores and are inline with one another and inline with the rotating centerline of the shaft. The measurements are traceable to ISO 9000/MIMOSA standards. Complete reports can be printed instantly on-location. Call Sinor Engine Company for your bore alignment needs.
