Dynamometer Load Testing

Sinor Engine has completed its three-cell dynamometer load testing facility. We are capable of load testing any reciprocating engine up to 6000 hp at 2500 RPM. The load is computer controlled and monitored. Instruments are calibrated and traceable. This allows us to log every reading taken during testing and provide documentation to the customer. Every engine overhauled at our shop is test run at full load before delivery to the customer. This allows us to guarantee performance when the unit is set at the customer's location. It also permits the customer to witness the performance of the unit before it leaves our shop. We have performed many third party tests of engines for the major OEM manufacturers. The load cell has also been used to test the latest engine control systems.
